Yakutat Glacier Rettreat

The Yakutat Glacier in Alaska is one of the fastest retreating glaciers in the world.  While climate change is partially responsible, most of the shrinking is due to other natural causes.  This is part of the work done by Martin Truffer of the university of Alaska and recently published in the Journal of Glaciology.
