This workshop is targeted to students who have taken the introductory workshop, or already have a basic understanding of remote sensing concepts. It will be taught in the YCEO Lab, ESC 119 at 21 Sachem St. Students will use ENVI software to explore a variety of image enhancement and analysis techniques to identify features in the landscape. Tools include 2D scatterplots, spectral/temporal profiles, and cell value and mensuration tools. Students will also use image histograms and statistics to explore these satellite data.
This workshop will be offered next on Oct 3, 2018 from 4-6pm in the YCEO Lab at ESC 119. Space is limited to the number of workstations in the Center so this workshop is limited to 13 students. Use the University Library class registration web site to register for this workshop.
