Description:
I will be looking at the spatial distribution of winter mosquito populations in Ribeirao Preto, Sao Paulo, Brazil as predictors for summer dengue cases during my internship this summer. This coming year I will be doing analysis of the clustering between the two, including the satellite ASTER images of the site that I utilized for my Remote Sensing final project. The data will be used as part of my master’s thesis.
