Workshop III: Converting satellite images into data

This third workshop builds on the two prior workshops in the series.  It introduces methods to quantify and categorize satellite images. Students will learn methods to extract information from images.  This includes how to classify images and create useful indexes from satellite images.  

This workshop will be offered next on Oct 10, 2018 from 4-6pm in the YCEO Lab at ESC 119. Space is limited to the number of workstations in the Center so this workshop is limited to 13 students.  Use the University Library class registration web site to register for this workshop.
