Radiative forcing of land use changes on regional climate

I will be using remotely sensed data from Landsat satellite to explore the impacts of radiative forcing due to human-induced land use changes on regional climate in Pearl River Delta (PRD).  Although much research has been done to investigate the radiative forcing effects of albedo changes in forested areas, there has not been a lot of study of urban areas.  While urbanization dominates the land use changes in PRD region, it is important to examine its impact on regional climate through albedo change.
