Russian Olive Mapping/Remote Sensing/Modeling: The goal of this project is to use remote sensing to identify areas of Russian Olive growth in the Tongue River Watershed. New maps will be compared to previous efforts by the local weed and pest district and assessed for accuracy in the field. There is potential to continue the project in order to develop a model predicting future Russian Olive growth and simulate potential control methods.
