Description:
Project I: This project involves selecting a spatially-appropriate location for a renewable energy project in Connecticut. The project will focus on modeling appropriate location(s) and representing two-dimensional and three-dimensional views from surrounding communities. This requires YCEO facilities to manipulate satellite imagery.
Project II: Derivation and analysis of a sub-watershed in the Peruvian Andes. This project focuses on obtaining new elevation data and sharpening low-resolution satellite imagery to derive the extent of a small watershed in the Central Peruvian Andes.
