Description:
The investigation will test the hypotheses that macro-invertebrate diversity and richness decline in direct proportion to declines in riparian buffer area; and in proximity to urbanized landscapes. A third hypothesis is that diversity and richness decline in inverse proportion to area of impervious surface of the suburban/urban precipitation catchment area.
