Description:
The project has identified tsetse fly populations in Africa that show genetic variations, different symbiotic bacterial infections. These collections have been done from GPS marked locations and across different seasons. We are now interested in mapping biological and geographic data from variable tsetse flies from across Africa to help better identify trends representing our data.
