Description:
The project goal is to update the Leaf Area Index data for a global climate model. We plan on converting the Terra MODIS LAI 1 km product (MOD15A2) from its sinusoidal projection to standard projection, convert it to fit our 2 x 2.5 lat by lon gridbox, and average the decade of data to make one gridded average, which will then be imported into the model.
