Description:
In the northeastern US, Lyme disease risk is primarily peridomestic. We would like to evaluate the differences in land cover characteristics among CT case and control residences that were enrolled in a Lyme disease prevention case-control study.
Results of this analysis will help to:
- determine if residential environments of matched cases and controls were significantly different from each other, and
- evaluate the use of a novel epidemiologic methodology for identifying ecological controls.
